All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Due to inventory control requirements, high production costs, and operational expenses, we are unable to process returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon review and approval, store credit may be issued for a future purchase. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.
